Disneyland Day 1&2 If you know me, there are a fe Disneyland Day 1&2 If you know me, there are a few things you may know… one, I fricken love Disney, like animation, Pixar, the parks… but I had also never been 😱 The other thing is I’m not into rides… including a general disdain for lifts (not a ride, but setting the scene). So Tower of terror was a pretty big goal for me. And while it may not seem like it to you (catching spiders with my bare hands isn’t difficult for me)… Horses for courses, as they say. So I am pretty proud that I went on every ride multiple times #bigbraveboy and it was amazing. Lived up to the childhood wonder, and I didn’t even have to switch off my cynicism once. #disneyland #disneynerd

It’s Saturday the 5th September, and I should have It’s Saturday the 5th September, and I should have watched my little sister walking down the aisle to the love of her life. Unfortunately, 2020 had different plans, for everyone! We should all be on the dance floor right now, dancing to Mr Brightside for the 17th time (right josh? 😉) and you guys would be starting the rest of your lives together. And while I am quietly glad that I have an extra year to write any speeches, I’m sorry that today wasn’t your special day. But you have each other, you have your beautiful little family. You have friends and family around you that would do anything for you, and you have a mutual love of alcohol - what more could you ask for? A smooth 2020? Thats not what the best stories are made of. You need to overcome something to make a great story. It might not seem like a lot now, but when you look back, you’ll see - nothing comes easy that’s worth having. Cheers to you guys! I’m glad you found each other ❤️
